The following terms govern the use of the online store and transactions with Mount Athos Icons.
Countries Served
We ship internationally via international courier. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe.
Payment Methods
Available payment method:
- Card payment — via secure Stripe connection. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Charged upon completion of the order.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective products. If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
To process a return, photographic evidence of the damage and contact by email or phone is required. Once the defect is confirmed, we replace the product at no extra charge.
Exchanges
We do not carry out product exchanges. Each order is fulfilled based on the options set at the time of purchase. If in doubt about sizes or type, please contact us before completing your order.
